Charlotte Williams is the founder of SevenSixAgency, the influencer marketing agency with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
She founded SevenSix Agency in 2019 to provide consultancy services to brands and influencers, centred around representation in advertising and how to create purpose-led campaigns that generate a positive impact.
Michael Okocha is a General Surgery Trainee & Equality & Diversity Officer for the Association of Surgeons in Training.
He was West of England AHSN Patient Safety Champion 2020, is on a Health Education England Education Scholarship at the University of Cambridge and is an Associate Tutor for the University of Bristol.
With ASiT he hopes to make the surgical workplace an environment where anyone from any background can thrive, providing inspiration for the next generation of diverse surgeons.
